By law outside settle is not valid.
The police not supposed to encourage outside settle la. By right shouldn't they go by law? Why encourage things that are not according to law. Later got problem they will say tatau, u tak report is ur problem

I only accident on the road one time only, minor bumb accident, but I admitted sorry quickly and agreed to pay his repair.
