My mobile number has registered on DuitNow by unknown person. Right now i want to used my number on DuitNow fail due to this issue.

Any way to remove this person from using my mobile number?

How to contact DuitNow for this issue can't find any contact at their website.

Not yet will try first and see. The weird part is when i trying to activate my number on Duit Now ID it stated not registered but fail to register when doing it. So i try to send money using Duitnow mobile number and input my phone number it was showing someone else name. How the hell someone can register DuitNow ID using my number tied to my bank account.

You need to update your updated phone number with the bank.

The banks would not know when and what number you have changed

Just call the bank. They said can't do anything since my number has been registered by another person on another bank. No way for them to know the person info or do anything.

Bank also mention wrong number registration by another party. Why would anyone register Duitnow ID with another unknown number.

My mobile number were registered to all my bank account been using quite some time.

The person using my phone number name is Nurulfizatey Binti Hassa.

Perbaps the number that u r using is a recycled number

normally you can always take over your phone number Duitnow ID by tied with new bank account.
once tied with new bank acc, old bank acc will b replaced
