Central Park Waterfish lol. Buyers who bought or going to buy here should forget about the view. Developer is going to build high rise in every plot of land here to maximise profit. If u want mall, just walk over to empire city mall.

Come to think of it, what you said makes a lot of sense. There’s literally no point to erect another shopping mall in the middle of CPD which will cannibalise Empire City Mall. If I am the residence there, I would rather walk to this new mall than all the way to Empire City Mall. Under each current phase also have some retails below, no point for a new mall.

So yes, there’s a high probability the future phases are just gonna be more and more condos. At most just one or two office buildings. Good luck owners for the inevitable traffic congestion. Then again, agent always say which part of PJ/KL no jam, jam means Heng, Ong, Huat arr!!

Don’t worry, there’s no short of waterfishes out there that buys into this greenery/ waterfall township 🤭

Exsim has been pretty unclear on publishing the masterplan since the beginning anyway

price is cheap will attract buyer on early phases but now starting set on Z series with higher price

What was the psf price for earlier phases? Are the Z series really that upmarket compared to the D series? Get better facilities?

My friend when bought this unit the agent showed all the Z series as sample and tracked records. Said these D series are 'special' because part of what mixed development with the whole township and mall. Now they introduce Z series, clearly a slap on those who were thinking they are the same. 🤣
