Using their crappy routers? Have u tried using the SIM in ur 5G phone and test? If putting in ur phone the speed is also like this, then most probably ur area coverage isn't so good. Oh try moving the router near a window too see if it helps. I am using their Uhome 5G plan also, so far still good, using their crappy router speed is like stuck at 100mbps, but when used with my Tplink NX510v router the speed is around 250-300mbps.
