What's wrong with maxis missed calls notification, Whose idea is this please come explain

I wonder whose idea is this to hide the missed call number. please come explain to me.
 Do you expect your customer to guess the number is it? You are protecting the privacy of the caller whose from another network, you forget who is your customer is it??? |

This issue few weeks already I have. Thought they would have fixed it by now
I think it is something to do with their implementation of not sending numbers by sms |

recently every Friday i received SMS from Casino link, the SMS can delete but cannot block cause without hp number insert. maxshit

The number not in full hence hard to call back. Need to find in my phonebook which got 2000 numbers.
