Hi Sifus, just wondering how to differentiate those condo for short-term airbnb ready? A bit confuse here as last year nearby condo make huge headlines where owners lodged complaints banned airbnb & homestay?

What is the price psf? Ipoh real estate market is very strange to me. The only property that seems to be appreciating is the bungalows and semi Ds around ipoh garden

It's more than 500/sqft depends on size, level & direction. But the developer clearly mentioned that it's not for short term stay / airbnb & most buyers bought for own stay / future retirement because of the location & proximity. But the facade & facilities looks too boring, the only differentiation advantage I can see is the double ceiling height of the main lobby with guest waiting lounge.

Any potential Raffles188 buyers here?

According to the salesman, the entire building is in 1 L shape block, residential title target for own stay retirement esp couple or small families, not airbnb friendly coz mostly 2 bedroom units.
I don't think they got separate the building like others Rumawip attached in the same development in Klang valley.
