Another small parking lot turned development project. This project is just down the road from Kyliez Suites. Apparently Kyliez Suites response was very good, hence this project was initiated.

Aimed for short term rental/ Airbnb. Anyone has any thoughts if Airbnb projects in KLCC vicinity are good investments? Should one engage with property management companies such as Mana Mana for these properties? Do share ๐Ÿ˜

Whatโ€™s the average monthly occupancy rate? Based on statistics the median should be 56%

compare to Time Squares 2......the price difference is huge. Berjaya owned that land long time ago and have more room to adjust the price and make it affordable....these two are just nearby and choice is clear if really wanna buy one there. Good luck....both are built for airbnb.....and those with airbnb units will know the pain of property value after few years.

Agree with you on TS2, but the property can just continue to generate income for owners unless if tourists no more going to bukit bintang

Better think overall...

More supply coming around this area..

More competitive future on... On the same target market...

Sure cannot cover rental & whatever cost

True. Earlier this year wanted to try airbnb for my unit (not so near klcc, but somewhere in city area), the operator said they are now downsizing at the particular condo due to too much of competition from new condos around, so they are only taking small units with klcc views only.

Normal kl people normal ma... for tourists different. I still remembered was pretty excited to see twin towers from traders and MO years ago despite used to be working around the area.

Even till to date still think it's the best looking building in kl imo. Though the place I stayed now purposely wanted to look at the green side instead of facing klcc view

Most kesian for the next 3 to 4 years is the existing apartment called "Mayang Court" that is sandwiched between Kyliez and Hanaz construction sites. Mayang Court is literally next to both construction sites with no space in-between. Imagine the piling noises, construction noises, dusts, mud for the next 3 to 4 years.

This Mayang Court is at least 20 to 30 years old apartment.
