Digi voicemail is known to have bug on iPhone, that's why you see the red dot. There are few solutions to this problem.
1. Ask digi to reset your voicemail, not just deactivate and reactivate but reset the whole voicemail. Convince them that you have problem to access the voicemail.
2. Change to Esim, will get rid of the red dot.
3. Replace the physical sim, may or may not work.
Among the three options, option 2 is the easiest and guaranteed way to remove the red dot. Not sure why DiGi haven’t fix this issue as it has been an ongoing thing since 2018 when I first MNP to DiGi.1. Ask digi to reset your voicemail, not just deactivate and reactivate but reset the whole voicemail. Convince them that you have problem to access the voicemail.
