Digi voicemail is known to have bug on iPhone, that's why you see the red dot. There are few solutions to this problem.
1. Ask digi to reset your voicemail, not just deactivate and reactivate but reset the whole voicemail. Convince them that you have problem to access the voicemail.
2. Change to Esim, will get rid of the red dot.
3. Replace the physical sim, may or may not work.

Do you confirm change to esim will works? I also planning to switch my plan to hotlink postpaid but the Maxis customer service told me that I have contract and need to terminate it first by paying penalty. I think try to change to esim first if it works.

Yes, change to Esim will solve the red dot problem. Btw this is only for Digi, Maxis has no such problem.
