 Maximum zoom in ?, A recent change ?

Is there a recent change which limits the maximum zoom level allowed in the views ?

Tested it on Android. Looks like maximum zoom imposed is still rather low.

There is a setting on the chrome which allows me to "force enable zoom". There is sufficient for my purpose of zooming. Can consider resolved.
