worse place to trade in their trade in price too low. I rather use the phone as spare than trade in to comoasia or instacash

If not happy with the trade-in price, can try to put at Marketplace and hope people pay you higher than trade-in price.

I actually sold my own iPhone not too long ago. I didn’t want to deal with lowballers or flaky buyers like you get on Carousell or FB Marketplace, so going to a trade-in service felt a better choice. What worked best for me was using a comparison website to check different recyclers and see who would give me the most cash up front. Some places give you pretty low offers, but if you compare across a few, you can really see a big difference. I found a site where you can sell mobile phone very easily. It got me a better deal than any other place I had checked, really close to the market price.

I’ve tried selling my iPhone through various platforms:

Online Platforms:
You need time to answer questions, share photos, meet buyers, and may deal with lowball offers. It works if you have the time and patience.

Third-Party Retailers (e.g., SenQ, Machines):
Straightforward and convenient, they inspect the phone on the spot, I think now online is possible too. It’s quick, but the trade-in value may be lower than selling it yourself.

Apple Store:
Best experience so far. Just walk in with your phone, they scan, inspect, and give you an offer within minutes. I found the fairly price, and the whole process was quick and hassle-free. You’ll receive store credit in the card that to use for your next purchase.

Overall, I’ll stick with the Apple Store going forward, it’s just too convenient.

Question about trade in at apple store. I need time to ensure all my important stuff are transferred to new phone. If i order through apple website, will they give an option to drop in the used phone at the trx apple store within 14 days of receiving the new phone?

How about if i pay online but physical pick up the new phone at the store, do they allow me to come back within 14 days to drop the used phone?
