IPO in conjunction with the listing of Northeast on the ACE Market comprising:

(I) Public Issue of 168,989,000 new ordinary shares in Northeast (“Shares”) in the following manner:

29,600,000 new Shares available for application by eligible directors and employees as well as business associates who have contributed to the success of Northeast and its subsidiaries;
61,689,000 new Shares by way of private placement to selected investors; and

40,700,000 new Shares by way of private placement to identified Bumiputera investors approved by The Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia (“MITI”); and

(II) Offer for sale of 51,800,000 existing Shares by way of private placement to identified Bumiputera investors approved by the MITI.

Actually for Bumi Applicants for Retail Portion offerings (Not sure if indeed true or not, but many said the same thing)

there's 2 balloting done.

1st is Bumi Balloting Portion Shares.

2nd is Public Balloting Portion Shares.


IF the Bumi applicants is failed to get any allocation on the first Balloting Process, Then their name would be included for the Second Balloting with rest of The public applications.

Yes you can apply via mplus/moomoo/bank even if you’re already got miti shares.

Your remisier lack of knowledge then. Any bumi who’s failed under bumi ballot & reserved will proceed for public portion pool. Hence, that’s why allocation is bumi/public not bumi/non-bumi.

Bumis who failed in the Bumi Ballot will get another chance in the Public Ballot.

Furthermore, it used to be 30% of the shares for Bumi and 70% for the Public.

Now, it is 50% for the Bumi and 50% for the Public.

I applied via ATM cos does not have the online option. Normally afternoon at branch no queue. Dont do it during weekday lunch hours sure many ppl..

If they cannot wait for us to do IPO application transaction, then just cut Q & move to the next machine (always happen when I'm "playing" with the ATM machine for few minutes)
