Northeast is an investment company and through its subsidiaries, the Group is principally involved in the manufacturing of precision engineering components used in the photonics, electrical and electronic, semiconductor, telecommunication and optoelectronics industries.

Shares to be issued/offered:

IPO in conjunction with the listing of Northeast on the ACE Market comprising:

(I) Public Issue of 168,989,000 new ordinary shares in Northeast (“Shares”) in the following manner:

37,000,000 new Shares available for application by the Malaysian Public;

29,600,000 new Shares available for application by eligible directors and employees as well as business associates who have contributed to the success of Northeast and its subsidiaries;
61,689,000 new Shares by way of private placement to selected investors; and

40,700,000 new Shares by way of private placement to identified Bumiputera investors approved by The Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry of Malaysia (“MITI”); and

(II) Offer for sale of 51,800,000 existing Shares by way of private placement to identified Bumiputera investors approved by the MITI.

Price quite expensive right ? 50 cents

Can straight roll the money from KHPT and Crest if didn't get..lol

Actually for Bumi Applicants for Retail Portion offerings (Not sure if indeed true or not, but many said the same thing)

there's 2 balloting done.

1st is Bumi Balloting Portion Shares.

2nd is Public Balloting Portion Shares.


IF the Bumi applicants is failed to get any allocation on the first Balloting Process, Then their name would be included for the Second Balloting with rest of The public applications.
