I bought a condo around 2019.
Done signing the S&P and been paying the interest for the loan. The project is soon to complete, I have not signed the CCC or VP. Since the delay been a while, I am also renting somewhere else. Question is it possible to let go this unit? Considering the unit is also further than currently I prefer, how to let go this unit? |

Technically, the house is not belong to you until VP. So you can't sell the house yet.
