I bought a condo around 2019.
Done signing the S&P and been paying the interest for the loan.

The project is soon to complete, I have not signed the CCC or VP.
Since the delay been a while, I am also renting somewhere else.

Question is it possible to let go this unit?
Considering the unit is also further than currently I prefer, how to let go this unit?

Location at Semenyih, cost around 300k+
VP is around next month or two

Coming back to main topic, I am looking to see if it's possible to let go the unit before signing CCC/VP?

short answer: no

long answer: yes but it'll cost u alot (min 20% forfeit by developer + admin charges + loan early settlement penalty) then u need find buyer to sign new S&P with developer. buyer pay u undertable for the 'profit'

Technically, the house is not belong to you until VP. So you can't sell the house yet.
