Long story short , we paid deposit for a week old puppy last month (looks healthy and cute at this point) . All of sudden pet shop owner send us a photo signalling that we could collect the dog after a week.

To our surprise , we notice that the dog has very obvious tear stain as show in the photo below . We try Google and found that it could be some kind of disease that may need long treatment .

Should we try ask for a refund ? They most probably will refuse and I need your opinions here.

Don't buy. Please adopt from shelter

I second this.

Never buy pets from pet shops unless exotic pets that is not easily adopted.

if can please do not buy from them. Shop all no give a damn about animals 1. If can try and buy from your friend or adopt from shelter.
