seen before a few, abit stingy one.
eated normal food, nothing too expensive.
even we go out for lunch, they will ask to go dutch
they will ask for their money back , if i forget then they msg again. they wont say aiya nvm la forget just belanja (like i do)

one of them got few properties to rent out.
and says her father goes to the properties to sweep the floor, clean etc
i was thinking, some tenant might mistake her father as a cleaner
