Different category. One is hatchback and one is suv. Myvi is king of road, lowest depreciation , easy city drive and park. Activa good all around suv. High car, wide angle viewing, bulky and spacious car. Couldn’t really go wrong with either one.

Yup, the full 140Nm coming in at 2400 rpm really perfect for city traffic acceleration

If Myvi X RM51K should compare with Ativa X RM62K la TS.

Ativa X 16" rims Michelin XM2+ ard RM450 each.

Depends if you need that extra height, if you want middle ground, Myvi should be better choice, Ativa for the height advantage.

+ Myvi maintenance also cheaper.. Ativa 1 biji donut almost RM400 and the spark plug special dual spark type.

Edit: out of curiousity, got fancy Alza? It is one of the better choice at Ativa price range.

According to Automachi, P2 D66B need to launch first before Toyota YC 🤔 causing some delay hence est early 2025. Personally me think this is weird cos usually launch more expensive variant first.

Most likely since Corolla Cross EPB faster they take this year end slot before the Chinese SUVs flood the market further.

The cheaper YC and P2 derivates then later in 2025 instead.

TQVM Dogbert_chew and fireballs. Will inform client about the targeted release date. Client's quite fed up with her X50 already giving her endless problems, hopefully with this release, it will be the end of her problems.

I don't know what problems specifically, however when I drove her X50 for a short distance, I thought it was a great car. She is a managress and I sense that all she wants is a piece of mind and not spend useless worries on the vehicle, when she has to worry about bigger issues like the business she is managing. The X50 mileage should be less than 45,000 kms as of today. I don't know if there are other concerns of her apart from the defective window and strange vibration she is experiencing now.

I am completely sold after test-driving Ativa.
Can't go wrong with the higher ground clearance, and the low torque performance for stop-and-go traffic.
The shape-wise it is quite good looking.
And it is one of the very popular models back in Japan.

I would go for the Ativa. Its like a Myvi upgrade. Better space & power. Great cargo carrying space when back seats are folded down. Good town & utility car. Ofcourse higher fc, everything cant be free!
