I had the same problem once with a seller on Shopee and their chat went totally silent. Otakuya doesn’t really have a walk in shop in KL as far as I know, they mainly run everything online. Some people said they do pickup by arrangement only, but you have to wait for them to reply or else you’re just guessing the location. Easiest is to keep poking their CS or check the “shop info” tab on the Shopee page because that’s usually where they hide the address if they have one at all.
