Hi

I'm planning to get gerbils.But i've got a few questions,please help me out. Thanks in advance.

(I've seen the PetShack Starter Kit)

1. Should I still use the cat litter as bedding? I read crazymouse's post on homeapet.com that they won't like it.
2. And I have cats(they do their business outdoors)...Will the gerbils get agitated with cats around the house?
3. Can I use a storage box instead of a plastic tank?
4. Any specific temperature conditions? (The place I'm planning to put them gets quite warm during the afternoon with the windows open)
5. What's the difference between bedding and hay? What are they used for?
6. Will gerbils of different age get along fine?
7. Anyone have them for sale around Subang area?
