Hi All

I know that female gerbils are smaller than the male, but mine looks a lot smaller than it suppose to be bout 3.5" (body). Is it normal eventhough they are 6 months d?

Yup (based on the breeder info). The girls are honey DE and Dove

& the boys are Agouti and Nut meg (both DE)

Bout the food not sure la, i'm giving the best wub.gif for them now maybe will change to VC later. will they still growing? hmm.gif doh.gif

From my observation of the gerbil, usually the female will be dominant than the male. they will mate somedays and/but/maybe the two female will fight for breeding right sort off sooner or later. thats also depending on their family line temperament, usually if sisters they have high tolerance with each other.

Breeding is something difficult, bro! hope you have read and understood on the next step of breeding gerbil icon_rolleyes.gif

Ya, it will be crowded soon rclxub.gif , the mum still nursing them. 4 weeks old d.
The pups either be rehomed cry.gif or placed in different tanks as there are 3 females (2DEH and 1 Black) and 2 males (DEH).

Will let go the DEH pairs but not the black manja me d rclxm9.gif
