Hi Sifus, I am interested in purchasing a newly launched unit for own-stay. May I confirm if there are any other fees I need to be well aware of upon buying?

1. Monthly Installment
2. Maintenance Fees
3. Loan Insurance MRTA etc (I read it is optional, or is it a good practice to buy it?)
4. Reno / upkeep fees
5. OPR rate
6. Are there any other fees I need be aware and prepare for BEFORE and AFTER purchasing one?

I consulted the sale agent but would like to verify again here from the sifus

- utilities (tnb water iwk, though water might be paid to management)
- cukai pintu
- cukai tanah

chances u will be buying serviced apartment (commercial title) so ur water & assessment will be higher than residential rate.
