Reference number (from Maybank) is just for fun and doesn't represent total application number and can't be used to predict your successful rate.
Usually application from Maybank is around ~40% from total application.

If you want to check your chance, you need to find number of application on your tier, but no way to see it now. You can only see it from the ballot result.

Sorry, what you do mean by tier? is the higher the tier the better? does purchasing with higher amount increases my chances of getting the ipo shares? I went to Maybank 2 days ago, the remisier told me if I have large amount of funds, he told me that I might be able to get private placement slot for the IPO from Maybank? How true is that statement?

Example 11,000 till 19,900... If you applied in this number... Your application fall under this tier
