Crest and its subsidiaries are principally involved in the provision of imaging, analytical and test solutions used primarily for quality inspection, sample analysis and research & development.
Shares to be issued/offered:
IPO in conjunction with the listing of Crest on the ACE Market comprising:

(i) Public issue of 130,705,300 new ordinary shares in Crest ("Shares") in the following manner:

43,280,000 new Shares available for application by the Malaysian public;

12,984,000 new Shares available for application by the eligible directors and employees; and

74,441,300 new Shares available by way of private placement to identified Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry ("MITI"); and

(ii) Offer for sale of 103,890,000 existing Shares in the following manner:

33,758,700 existing Shares available by way of private placement to identified Bumiputera investors approved by the MITI; and
70,131,300 existing Shares available by way of private placement to selected investors.

Keep it coming! Since it's so hard to get will have the bang on the volume of IPOs to increase the chances.
