Due to the cancellation of Viva Laughlin, the Amazing Race will be returning early this season.

This season the show will do two fewer episdoes and drop the noneliminations "to create more excitement."

If they didn't come out with something unique and interesting, I think it would be the same old boring race again.

LUCK really play a big part in this race and something should be done to minimize this random luck factor.

Is it? But I remember Phill saying that there will be 3 non elimination legs before he flagged them off at the starting of the race.

The last episode should be a non elimination leg.
The teams are so close to each other and it's just fair not to eliminate any teams.

That's why I'm thinking that there isn't any for this season.

there's a U-Turn tis season!

Hmm, then wouldn't it be much easier if the clue reads "The last team WILL be eliminated" rather than the usual "The last team MAY be eliminated".

It takes a lot of excitement away when you know that no one will be eliminated.

The last leg was the best & most exciting race so far.

Teams are so strong this season.
Really nice to watch.

Sad that azaria and hendekia got eliminated last week, was rooting for them since begining of the race. And i like jason and lorena, puerto rician girls are hawt

This couple is so cool: TK & Rachel
They are certainly my favorite to win the race.
The only team that did not lose their temper when facing difficult situation.

Same here. I've been rooting for them since the start! Everything was going against them in the last leg with the clue being left behind, TK unable to locate "Vinci" to the tyre puncture incident but they refused to give up!

I can't wait to see what obstacle the new "Speed Bump" is gonna offer.

After the leg in Mumbai, your luck is certainly determine by the taxi driver you get.
I hope the last leg will not be like the race at Mumbai or else this season will get an undeserving winner.
Just like what happen in the Amazing Race Asia S1 where the winning team hired a cab to follow during the last leg of the race.

Damn, kent and vixen went out. Even tho they are not my type of ppl but they are fun to look at and seldom fight. I am so fed up with nad and jen. Every league they argue for no reason. ^^

I have a feeling the non elimination leg is not pre determined.
The producer seem like want to keep this couple longer in the race which is okay to me!

The Daddy sucks, hope he did not win anything at all, the male goth was even worst during the gas thing, if not he may win

TK & Rachel really nice, they know something is wrong, they missed the flight, but I think they complete those task fast, wish that the speed bump is not that long

Yeah!! I actually had a strong feeling that this was going to be a non-elimination leg but I needed Phil to confirm it.
It's really nice to see TK and Rachel not arguing or blaming each other even though they made a big mistake in the last leg. They even enjoyed themselves while doing the required tasks. I really hope they can overcome the speed bump without much problems and stay in the race for the finale!

TK and rachel are 3 hours behind other teams... plus the speed bom... and there 's no more U turn.... Hopefully they can catch the same plane with others to Taipei..

Christina has been getting a lot of advantage by being able to speak the native languages.

I want TK & Rachel to win it.
Maybe some will say they don't deserve it and it's really down to luck that they managed to survive the speed bump in the last race.

Yeah, happy to see TK & Rachel for winning The Amazing Race, but actually half way during the show I was hoping how nice if Ron & Christina could win it also. Ron changed alot along the race. When he started the race, I didnt like him but half way through, I began to quite like them. Well, but I am happy to see them both 1st and 2nd. Congratz to them and gotta wait few months for the next season of amazing race.

Come to think of it, TK and Rachel really got lucky in the race.
They almost quit and change their detour task just as TK found the correct crab by luck.
And at the road block, Rachel didn't even know what the stick is and just pulled out the a bike replacing it with another and hope for the correct combination.

Is human consider as an animal?

She knew the stick was the pole vault but she couldn't remember which country it came from.
The final road block was indeed confusing as there were so many conditions to fulfill.

Yeah, I can't believe all 3 of them actually asked the man at their station to stand on the stage as an "animal".

I LOL-ed at that part too. But if u say out of the 3, i say Ron & Christina deserve to win the mil more than both of them. Rachel & TK really got lucky at points of the race where they needed to be lucky. But well, I am happy both of them got 1st and 2nd.

You got my point wrongly.
The human from Japan is one of the answer for the combination.

The rule for that task:
First, there could only be one item from each of the ten legs of the race.
Second, only three items could be animals or animal by-products, one had to be a U-turn, two had to be items either at or brought to the Pit Stop, two had to be items of transportation with wheels, one of which was used at a Detour, and one had to be an item of transportation resembling the shape of a stick.

Re-watch it again. Christina almost got it correctly on her first try but totally wrecked her chances because of that.
Really really confusing. The task took more than an hour actually.

The answer is actually yes

Edit : Wait, or is not? I need to rewatch the episod again to comfirm. The chicken and the milk is from the same country, the donkey one of them (cant remember where was it from), cant think of any animal.

was a bit disappointed, though. was hoping for Ron and Chris to win the race. but come to think of it, TK and Rachel did really great to get the 1st place. they were so calm throughout the show. not forgetting, they got last a few times in some legs of the race as well.

i guess, sometimes, being the first or at lead of the race doesnt mean u r a winner, huh.

You only need to survive eliminations for the entire race and come in first in the last leg to win the race!!!
Don't you remember in TARA S1, the Malaysian pair won the grand prize by coming in first in the last leg but never ever finish first before for the entire leg.
