The 16 pro is not targeting iPhone 15 pro users.. the upgrade is so minor it’s more like gimmicks. iPhone 14 Pro and older users might see a more bigger upgrade. USB C, titanium frame, action button, Apple Intelligence capabilities, iPhone is getting boring and fallen behind in terms of features.. as if users are using iPhone to shoot professional videos… most doesn’t.. I’ll stick with my 15 PM and look into other Android with more features as 2nd phone.

But I like getting more “free” features on the AirPods Pro 2 though. Good on Apple for doing that instead of selling new AirPods Pro 3.

at this point of my life,
i wan side loading without jailbreaking (my risk),
longer more efficient battery life.
maybe better screen brightness under strong light conditions like outdoors.
oh and fix that heat issue. ez hot hot.

That’s because unlike lagdroid, iPhone iOS is optimized and even my 4 year old iPhone 12 still zero lag with 80% space filled up. Just changed battery and is now as good as new.

For you, the reason is I am not rich enough to upgrade every year to the latest one.

For everyone else, I prefer to reuse my electronics until it breaks down and can no longer be repaired because of the harm it does to the environment. A lot of electronic devices contain a mixture of plastics and metals and toxic heavy metals which makes recycling very very difficult so most ends up in a landfill.

Another offender are plastic shavers. Those are impossible to recycle so they end up polluting the landfill as it’s virtually impossible to separate the metal blades from the plastic parts without exposing yourself to biohazard.

Have money, no need reason to buy. No money, 101 excuses not to buy.
