My parents are planning to sell their house at Kampung Lorong Kota Raja 8, located next to Taman Seri Andalas, Klang. However, they are facing difficulties because the house does not have a Certificate of Fitness (CF). This issue arises because half of the house was built by a contractor, and the main road in front of the house does not meet the width specifications set by the municipal council.

Is there an architect here who can help to setel this CF issue?
