Just sharing to who wish to purchase Watch 10 from Singapore.

Confirm can get the GST refund but need to deduct processing fee and will get back around 5% of the purchase price.
You need to depart from Singapore by Air only within 60 days from the day of purchase, need to bring the product and receipt when depart from Singapore.

Apple staff at Changi is friendly and helpful, asking is there any trade in of Apple product or no, can get cash on trade in product on the spot.
I got the Apple Watch Series 10 (GPS + Cellular) Aluminum, model A3003 from the shop.

And so i return Apple W10 from Apple Online Store. I packed the 3 days old watch and wires back nicely and into the brown carton box that came with it. The pick up from DHL came and did not provide any labels, take the watch from me and left. I checked the status and it says item completed picked up. But today morning it went back to waiting for pick up. Called Apple and they say just wait.............hope it didn't go missing
Update: After calling apple, luckily status updated to collected. So it ain't missing after all.

when the courier come to pick up, they will pass you a box with instructions on packing.
