They need to still have some differentiation with the Pros I guess - this and the 60hz refresh rate

I think they could have done it better by at least including usb3.0, perhaps 90hz display.

+1 for USB 3.0. As for the screen, unless you game it would merely be a nice-to-have.

Yes , i also thought that if apple dont want to give 120hz, at least 90hz also can make the diff between number and pro version....but really sad apple stil stay 60hz on 2024....

Ppl rather buy iphone 15promax i think assume that it will drop same or rather cheaper after the arrive of 16 line up model

Yep, if you don’t need the camera button, 15 Pro or Pro Max is a better buy now given the discounts - while stocks last, of course

I saw it for about 5.5k or so but wasn’t really paying attention to 512GB as that is overkill for me, hahaha…

5.5k for 256gb variant? so it is about rm1k off...

256GB – RM6,499
512GB – RM7,499
1TB – RM8,499

but considered that it is 1 year old phone, i minus 20% from the retail price (if assume one uses the phone for 5 years)

the price for iphone 15 pro max should worth at most rm5.2k comparing to its original selling price one year ago..

16 pro max now retail price is rm5999 only - cheaper by rm500 comparing to the launch price of iphone 15 pro max...

so to be frank 5.5k for iphone 15 pro max 256gb is not exactly cheap...
maybe one should wait for few more months... i think 16 pro max price may drop below rm5999 and makes it more worth it to get than 15 pro max...

To be fair, this one I can swallow still if I really want to buy it but usb 2.0 is a big no. I have enough on this for my iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Unless you want to transfer data/file. For charging, usb 2 is more than enough.
