Our parents own a low cost flat and they are not staying in the property. We 3 brothers have our own house and we know that we are not eligible to inherit the low cost flat. Now, our parents planning to sell them.

Just want to know, touch wood, what will happen to the property if it is not sold after our parents pass away?
