As title, how and where do u guys find ur contractor for everything like wet work, plumbing, electrical etc.?

Normally I just ask among family and friends but some times they don't know anyone either, if search randomly online we don't know how reliable and how good is the workmanship etc. sweat.gif sweat.gif

If your renovation requires local council approval, consult your architect for recommendations. Verify the contractor's CIDB license for added safety. Avoid relying solely on social media platforms like Facebook for contractor sourcing.
My personal experience taught me that contractors with established relationships with architects and CIDB certification often prioritize long-term partnerships and are more likely to continue despite challenges. Several friends who relied on casual referrals for contractors unfortunately faced losses as their projects were not completed.

Yea i suppose that's wat most ppl do, but feels it's really difficult to judge their reliability, if there's a platform like Lazada Shopee with user reviews probably it helps a lot
