As advised by the wife in the podcast, maybe he could do with some self-reflections while inside? You know, seek forgiveness within and learn an accountability skills or two, along the way, while ultimately, coming to terms with the consequences of his actions? 10 years exemption from his fatherly duties is ample time to self-reflect rather than spend it on a woe-is-me-party. Also, he should take up his own advice about stopping being a wimp and be awesome instead. I'm sure he could make his prison stint a breeze and as "heavenly" as possible.
