Hey guy, ayam newbie in using sotong bank.
I am using mostly the app with saving account.
Here i noticed that it doesnt give any notification when someone transfer to me.
My phone setting give all the permissions, no battery usage restriction to the app but still the problem persist.
Is there a way for the app to show notification in phone when fund come in? Or it is only available for business account?
I found that happend to mae as well.

Only MBB and PBB have this notification.. CIMB doesn't have any notification

Mine get notification on SMS, so when salary, just wait SMS, i dunno why and how to activate, cannot see such setting

Yes, same with me. But if open the app manually, can see the notification money received in the app but didn't pop up sometimes

According to FAQ, it is by default both on SMS and e-mail.

If in phone lock screen then it is something to do with your phone feature. Tell /k what is your phone and maybe those with similar one can advise. Phone have setting whether to show or not pop-up msg if the phone in lock screen.

I only got ads cimb from email, but for me SMS is better that use app, junk apl keep show ads using nofi

Maybe changed already to prevent scam, I don't know. This way if their customer received SMS, means it is from scammer. You can just call them to ask.
I don't use CIMB anymore since company changed to AMBank for salary payment. AMBank still send both e-mail and SMS.
