last time only 1 or even 0 parking lot per unit ..then nowadays 1 house have 2 to 3 cars


my in law house old flat ..parking lot not even included ..need to buy separately


public parking should just charge hourly or daily rate

i think we should enforce some policy where old car that havent renew their roadtax after a year or so must be ban from public parking area. too many people abandoned their old vehicles.

PBT tak kacau kereta park at parking lot properly.
the only thing they can put were putting notice to alih the car if they park for too long or suspected abandoned car. if the noticed were not action-ed, then they can tow the cars.

cant blame on any side, the sad reality is that the parking space is for any public use, only authority can change that rule for that specific case.

they can go either

- make a gated parking charge rate (money goes to the gov)
- be lazy af and give the food court building owner to be in charge of the parking lot

either one of these solution would eliminate entire problem of the residents to take advantage of these parking spaces

I guess one unit 3 to 5 cars. Free parking on the streets for all.

There are cars there that is probably a few years old with ticket summons on it that is probably a few years old as well. Authority too lazy to tarik kereta that area. Could get some money by scraping them.

Should implement a law if a car is not moved for certain months can be towed and scrap.

If fed up, why not rent proper shop lots or mall to do business. Expected this kind of problem coming from city council’s medan selera rent rm500 per month
