Just want to ask if anyone has experience dealing with JCL credit for personal loan? Is it true that they will deduct twice monthly on your card? And they will spam call you even you pay? Is the customer service hotline hard to reach?

I had apply for device loan from aeon credit and I am on time payment. So far no issue with them.

It's best for you to have different bank accounts for the loan repayment deduction. Just transfer the specific amount every month. You won't face any double deduction.
