 Can't receive OTP after changing smartphone

Recently my primary Samsung S22 Ultra had been dropped and crack screen. So I moved my maxis sim into pixel and honor weird is I can't receive any OTP in other smartphone. When I switched back to Samsung gets OTP without any issue.

So does Maxis sim does tied with my old smartphone?

Not switching a phone just temporarily moving my company account since I screen broked can't use any more
