actually no need so complicated. u can just do a forward/proxy using a network load balance and forward the tcp connection to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8, or maybe both. dun even need to maintain any VM.

but if u prefer to have own VM, u a linux server and configure forwarding, it will work too.

but of course if you have Dnsmasq setup, it has more feature.

it is called a self impose ddos. so, now u know, before this, nobody really use ISP's DNS server..

cannot visit torrent website only.. p2p uses IP not domain name.

it won't be affected by these DNS stuff. but if telco do some other hanky panky, then duno.

tracker mainly used IP only.

your challenges would be accessing the website to get the torrent file or magnet link.

DNS server tak boleh tahan la tu..
