How much will you be willing to pay for a newly refurbished house in SS5A kelana jaya?

The house details are:

*1 sty, intermediate
* Land Size: 22x75 (1,650sf)
* Build up 1500sqft
* 3 bedrooms, 1 bath
* Freehold with consent (curent owner will settle this)

I'm not entirely sure what is freehold with consent.

But i was looking at this area when i was hunting for property during covid. The price there that time was around 550k.

And the houses (from original state) are quite old . So i would expect another 200k to renovate at least. Contractor sure chop you as you are in PJ. So I wasn't too keen to pay more than 500k that time. So if you were to include the renovation fee probably would be around 700 to 800k (but i don't know if market works that way)

After covid property price went up to 600-800k. Many got knock off and rebuild become 1.5-2m hse now.

someone rebuild with another 500k to 800k range like that... depending material used...

so really think about it...

Yes. Own stay. I didn’t study too much as I know the budget a bit high..

Not much to comment.. i only know the routes nearby quite jam during peak hours only

Designer, architect etc min cost >250k .....convert single to 2 storey.

500k or 450k if facing main road, another +-50k for condition. after that is the premium you willing to pay for it.
