I believe the times has come for the concept of Retirement Village or home.

Any good suggestion?

my view, no need purposely choose for retirement village..
plan when you 30-40, get a house with all amenity that you like.. be part of it, get attach to it, make some friends

those so call retirement home concept at ulu ulu place.. how to win a place that full of 20-30 year of memory where you call home?

Retirement home operator is more important than builders. Until PLC operate retirement home, unlikely to improve.

save enuf money, then move to the retirement home. you dont need to own a house or unit, just pay like about RM10K per month if u are in klang valley or about RM5K if u are kampung area. (of course 20 years later price will be different)

enjoy the community and assisted lifestyle.

Yeah this is what currently on the market. But it could more value if once can do with single storey house with friendly facilities.

if not, anywhere near to park or near to hospital is ok. I would suggest you go to Terengganu batu buruk there, there is a government hospital which just opposite the beach. the living cost is low although the food price are surprising quite high there. You need to learn and familiar with their dialect though such as, tubit = go/went out, saing = friend etc.

Why KL Wellness City need insurance cover?

i means private medical are tend to be expensive, since it about retirement, better get yourself covered in insurance.

More daycare in housing will help
