Like asking shit question like weakness/strength/aspiration/motivation. What motivates you? The answer is always money (most sincere non bullshit answer).

that's trap questions, interviewers just want to see the response.... the answers no important at all....

He cant answer me, instead he give me more example of the things he do which if listen carefully is rather vague

4. Graduated on the year 2021 (presumedly graduation on year end) now working as AM? either he is super capable or something is wrong.

Item#4.... I find a lot of new start ups / younger companies ...like to use big title for some execution/routine jobs ~~~ sales director sound better than saleman...
anyway there is always expectation mismatch between interviewer & interviewee ...
