i just bought k660i. before this im using hotlink and no problem whatsoever.
however, when i changed service provider to celcom, i started to get this following error:
CIPHERING NOT PROVIDED BY OPERATOR INSECURE TRANSMISSION.
this will happen whenever i get incoming calls. what seems the problem?
and, 1 more thing..the phone just turn off by itself.
can someone give suggestions for me to rectify this problem pls..
