My wife has been using this phone for a few weeks and she's facing the same problem. This is her first SE phone and it's giving her a bad impression the problem is :

Asked at SE The Gardens and was told it should be fixed with firmware upgrade. Will upgrade soon.BTW, the problems occur less if you use the General profile.
