Most likely TP since it made reference to Maybank Islamic.

Which points are more attractive? TP or MR?
Am thinking of applying an Amex during the treats fair next month.

For the Amex Gold CC, can we apply with just attaching a copy of a credit card? Too lazy to prepare all the documents.

Express Autopay is an auto-debit facility offered by Amex. Not by the individual providers.

Edit: Reading the T&C, it is separate from the individual providers direct debit. So the 5x points only valid if you use this facility.

it seems like there is only one billing cycle for Amex Gold CC. Statement date late month. Payment mid-month.

This is the info from the customer service.

Even the cashier was puzzled.

It was a Petronas that accepts Amex at the counter.

The error:

Puts in card. --> "Use Mag Strip" mesg --> Use Mag Strip --> "Error"
