Anyway I did called DA 2 days ago about cancelling my Plat and they confimed that my DA Plat MC is still valid and the credit limit is combined. My DA Plat CL along with my PB used to be the lowest among my Plat CC and now increase more than 3X into Tier 2 category since having the World/VI.

yeah, for my DA case, i cancelled my DA visa, the combined limited still valid and it's being allocated to the remaining DA MC.

You are right, they actually put my application on hold till friday(which is supposed hand on monday of the week), they baru send the application to MBB when I called the agent companies and complaint about that agent who is in charge of my case.

Directly to an MBB branch, of course. The officer PROMISED me that she would forward my application to the centre by end of today.

Yes. You can. I have tried it before on Maybank AMEX Gold credit card (the old one with the ugly Maybankard logo on top).
