This one needs to complain to MBSJ & the ADUN... Told them the junction is actually very dangerous and causing jam.

I just pass by taman equine zeva that day via mrt, the shoplots in zeva looks dead

How is it related?

I passby Serdang area recently and saw this poster is up, the contact number is 03-8084 2828. Is this the same project?
This location not bad la, alot of shops and near to MEX highway from Taman Equine

The road in front of this condo is very congested, making it difficult to turn out later.

Developer should think of building new access road leading to this new development from the back of Olive hill. Using existing already congested bs3/1 road is a no no.

Should be, afaik only one Trinity project in Bkt Serdang

The road here is super congested.

You might expect start your day, jam from parking.

The good thing, many eateries places.

I think they will build another exit at the back most likely using vista lavender road to the housing area.

Anyone have the layout can share ?
