Hi all,

I have stayed in both Non-rumawip and Rumawip type of condo. One of the difference is the noise (people screaming, cooking noise & smell and door banging) from the surrounding units. I am not sure whether this is due to the room that I renting for Rumawip is facing the walking corridor (can see people via my room's window when they walk through the common area of the corridor pass by each unit) or the building materials that using is lower spec compared to Non-rumawip.

This is because I am considering buying a Rumawip in Cyberjaya/Putrajaya. I am worried this will affect my family's/tenant sleep quality.

My second question is whether the rental demand & property appreciation for Rumawip in Cyberjaya/Putrajaya is lower compare to KL/Selangor? Mostly will be self-stay but may potentially rent out empty room (haven't decide yet).

Thank you for any comments/highlights/opinions.

Of course there will be quality difference between rumawip and normal project. And of course there will be difference in the rental in Cyber/Putrajaya compared to KL area.
