ironic since he used to be a she and should have treated women better, but became a player after becoming a man.

no disrespect to elliot, but its as you said. i have zero interest in his character but was much more invested when he was a she.

at least she was cute. elliot looks like he aged a few decades all of a sudden. and his voice.... kinda not pleasant. but if he's happy with it, who are we to judge. thats his personal happiness.

tho i would say i really dislike his character in the show.
