Since you will be covering your slab with soil and grass, I would like to suggest if it is possible to put a layer of pvc, plastic or what so ever (material that will not rust) to further reduce the possibility of leaks through the slab. Basically to cover the slab before laying soil on it.

Reason being, repairing leaks on slabs covered with grass is more difficult than repairing naked slabs.

Do double protection so that the slab won't leak for a long time.
