The material source from factory2 producers in Msia, the bulk sellers of materials, the subcon2 hire by Sunway…the job created of this construction projects…the supply chain of materials, transporters, hiring/rental of heavy machineries equipment…the consultant and subject matter expert hired… the local it firm getting contracts to install server racks, cables, all doesnt count as a high value economy that benefit malaysian economy organically? Belum kira subcon hired to maintain the buildings, repairs, etc2
