Hey guys, first time posting in this forums ~~~

Still new to Korean dramas, most of the drama I watched from KBS World, now still watching Taming of the Heir and Dream High 2.

A lot of the titles mentioned in the thread seemed unfamiliar to me. Normally dun watch dramas through the Internet, although I think a lot good ones can't be found in the mainstream media. Mostly, I tend to prefer Idol dramas

When it comes to local tv stations I'm not so informed, all of it is Mandarin dub I think, prefer to watch Korean audio with subtitles.

Didn't know that Red FM plays K-pop, what is the time segment?

I did watch some Let's Go Dream Team but only the episode with Girl's Generation is worth watching

I got into K-Pop first, then discover drama and variety shows after discovering KBS World.





I'll say Korean Variety shows are quite unique and good to watch. I tend to prefer those with Idols in it . Girl's Generation Let's Go Dream Team is pretty entertaining, from there you know which member is more athletic. I like to watch Gag Concert too sometimes.

This is good info, didn't know that Koreans take elements turkish-Mongol sounds in their language. I do know Chinese and Koreans are quite alike, including names, beliefs, Confucius teachings. The old palaces in Seoul all still uses Chinese Characters. I believe the Joseon Dynasty is the most well known and long lasting Confucius dynasty.


Oh, Raikonnen, I realized last 2 episodes of 2day 1night, focuses a lot on the palaces and historical buildings touches mostly on the history of when Japanese first invaded Korea, kinda interested in that part of history. I wonder if there are any drama's that touched on that era??

Btw, u have NHK channel, how is it?? Is it good?? I like some Japanese Entertainment too, but Dynasty package is kinda expensive, and not much time to watch, have good dramas, variety shows??
