
Is there any way we can DiY to fix this? Cause I'm quite sure all the sand will erode and fill up the pipes if we use the toilet for some.time.
New house drainage hole badly made.

I just receive my new home and when i engage a defect inspector to check one of the defect that really concerns me is how badly made the toilet drain hole is, picture below

Simple fix would be carefully remove all the loose sand as much as you can and then cement it.
Not hard to diy cementing for such a small area. Would advice you to cover the drain pipe opening first though. |

Since its a defect, should let the developer rectify it DIY and they will have thousands of reasons to blame you Cloudx liked this post
